Forgotten User Credentials
You have three chances to input your user credentials correctly; if you enter an incorrect password or Login ID more than three times you‘ll lock yourself out of your account. Self-service password resets are available if you know your Login ID and have not already locked yourself out – enter your Login ID and click on the Forgot Password button to the left and follow the prompts. If you’ve locked yourself out please call us at 401-722-2212 or 800-298-2212, Mon-Fri 8a-5p or Sat 9a-12p and we can unlock your account. If you’re unable to sort out your Login ID please visit any branch office to verify your identity and we will provide your Login ID. We apologize for this inconvenience, but to maintain the security of your account we don’t permit Login IDs to be reset online or over the phone.
User Registration
If this is your first time using Online Banking, please follow the instructions below.
- Click Enroll Here within the login box to the left.
- Complete the Enrollment Form and click Submit Enrollment.
- Click the Go To Login link.
- You will then be asked to Retrieve A Secure Access Code and Select the Target to which it will be sent.
- Enter the Secure Access Code and click Continue.
- Review the Member Profile page as directed.
- You will then be asked to Set-up and Confirm Your New Password.
- Click Continue to access Online Banking.
Computer Registration
After you have completed the User Registration, the next time you login you’ll be prompted to obtain a new secure access code. At that time, you may register your
computer for on-going or one-time use (one-time use does not require you to register your computer).
All online services feature safety/security, 24 hour access, convenience, and ease of use. You’ll also have the ability to export account information to your personal money management software.
